We love the outside. The inside? Real talk: We don’t like the inside. But instead of focusing on what we don’t like, we prefer to see the potential. And we think there’s a bit of it in this 928-square foot cottage on Wananksink Lake. We would likely start by taking out the green carpeting, and knotty pine paneling is not really our style. By doing that, we can start to envision the interior as a brighter space (the floorplan is already open), emphasizing its mid-mod feel.

The lot size is small, and the neighbors look…cozy. Hope they’re nice!
