It’s less than a half-mile to the Trailways bus station at the Market Market Cafe, and all the good stuff in town is right across the creek. Speaking of the creek, this house is right on it. There’s also a stream on the 1 acre property, and the Town of Rosendale Rec Center (and its pool) is next door. It’s just lovely on the inside, and it’s a good size, nearly 3000 square feet.
