Rosendale Cottage, $219,000

  |  August 29, 2012

When we first started poking around this lovely 1930s farmhouse in Rosendale, it was $16,000 more expensive than it is now. Call us cheapskates, but now that the price is better, it looks even nicer to us. The lot size is pretty small, but at least it’s nicely landscaped and includes a bluestone patio. Inside you’ll find French doors, wide plank floors, a den that could be converted into a third bedroom, and a full basement. Kitchen looks rather roomy, too. An Adirondack Trailways bus station is located a mile away in the hamlet of Bloomington, and yep, it will take you to the city. No pictures of the living room. Hmm…
