Saugerties First “First Friday” Held Last Week
Kandy Harris | July 13, 2012

Just when you thought Saugerties couldn’t get much cooler, the village hosted its first “First Friday” event on July 6th. Tons of local merchants, restaurants, bars, and galleries participated and stayed open late while visitors and locals prowled through town, eating, drinking, looking at some great art, and generally making with the merriment.
“First Fridays” began last year with cocktail tastings at Partition Street Wine Shop in the village, and this year, other local businesses hopped on board.
Check some pictures from the village’s inaugural “First Friday” event on Hudson Valley Good Stuff’s blog post.
If you missed it, like we did, not to worry: The next Saugerties First Friday event is scheduled for August 3rd. We plan on making it out this time, camera and cash in hand. See you there?
