Six Months Later: Bronck House Still $349,000
Upstater | September 6, 2012It’s still beautiful, and the price on this 18th century stone cottage is still $349,000, six months after we profiled it. The Dutch stone house on five acres, and it has a heckuva restoration inside. The bargain price is due to its location, in Coxsackie, which is a beautiful but forlorn place, known more for its prison and the hand-and-mouth disease called Coxsackie than for its beautiful homes, hopping farmers market and Hudson River access.
