Six Months Later: Goshen Colonial Still $750,000
Upstater | October 3, 2012
Six months ago we were checking out the village of Goshen in Orange County, which is a picturesque little town with many beautiful 19th century homes. Goshen’s proximity to New York City — 65 miles away — means real estate is on the pricey side, and this Colonial on 20 acres, 2.5 miles out of town, hasn’t seen a price drop since we last looked at it. The asking price is still $750,000.

Taxes are in the $13,000 range, and it has five beds, 2.5 baths and 3,600 square feet.
