Six Months Later: New Paltz Colonial, $39,000 Less
Upstater | July 10, 2012
We weren’t sure about calling this house from 1800 a colonial when we reviewed it six months ago, but architectural styles aside, here’s the juicy info: it was $349,000 back then, and now it’s $310,000. The house is of modest size, at 1,584 square feet, but has many fine features, including a chicken coop and an in-ground pool (hopefully spaced far enough apart not to cause trouble). It sits on 2.4 acres. Taxes are in the $8,000 range.

337 NYS Route 32 South, New Paltz. $310,000. GMAP.
