Six Months Later: Renovated Red Hook Farm House, $85,000 Less

We posted this place six months ago, when it was on the market for $324,900. It still has lots to recommend it, including a rental apartment, nice renovation, even a nice paint job. Deficits: close to a busy road and a small lot.

Today, it’s still listed, but asking only $239,000.
