Six Months Later: Swan Lake Contemporary, Off-Market

Six months ago, the listing for this three-bed, three-bath contemporary on Swan Lake read “OWNER SAYS SELL AND WILL ACCEPT ANY REASONABLE OFFER.” The listing price was $219,000, which seemed pretty reasonable for waterfront property and almost 2,300 square feet, especially when it sold for $175,000 in 2002.

But according to Property Shark, there’s been no sale, and the house is currently off the market.
