When we first posted about this cottage back in May, it was listed for $339,800, which we deemed kind of expensive for an 864 square foot space. Now it’s listed at $299,000, a fairly significant decrease for sure, but still $346 per square foot. Yowza. And yet, what a cool little cottage.
