Six Months Later: Woodstock Cottage, Price Reduced

Upstate Jane took a look at a couple of handmade cottages six months ago, including this stone two-bed, one-bath, 875-square-foot fellow. It was $139,000 back then. Now: $124,900. Some incredible hand-hewn wood features, lovely stone fireplace. This is serious rustic, and pretty darn cool, if in need of some modernizing and polishing. Right down the road from Maverick Concerts, a summer chamber music series.
