Stuyvesant Brick Federal, $939,000
Kandy Harris | August 13, 2012Might as well start off the week with a bang! This place is positively gorgeous…at least, from the outside. Sadly, we couldn’t find any photos of the interior, which always makes us just a teensy bit nervous. But for the price, we’re guessing it must be nice. The listing says it has lots of natural light, 18th century kitchen (hopefully with all of the modern conveniences, like electricity), marble mantles, original moldings, and the baths are “well-appointed”. We guess we’ll just have to take their word for it.
With 6 bedrooms, there’s B&B potential here.
Located on nearly 6 very rural acres close to the hamlet of Stuyvesant Falls and the town of Kinderhook.
