The listing refers to this c.1880 Victorian a “diamond in the rough,” but those rough parts are largely outshined by the intact details of this old beauty. Hardwood floors, built-in wood cabinetry, wainscotting, and high ceilings make the 2009 square foot interior more “diamond” than “rough” in our book.
Size-wise, there’s plenty to go around with four bedrooms, two full baths, large country kitchen, formal dining room, parlors, wrap around porch, and screened-in porch for extra lounging. The exterior could definitely use new paint and sprucing up, but we don’t see a lot of disrepair with this property, unless undepicted rooms are in rough shape.
