The Times’ Guide to Hudson Valley Real Estate
Lisa Selin Davis | September 5, 2011
Happy Labor Day, Upstaters. If you’re itching for a little real estate education, here’s the pretty decent NY Times write-up on Hudson Valley real estate, covering all our preferred counties: Dutchess, Columbia, Greene, Ulster, Sullivan and Delaware. It talks about one of our favorite subjects, east versus west of the Hudson, and even has a tour of stone houses, another of our upstate New York real estate delights. Alas, I can’t find any date on it, so its analysis of home prices and the upstate New York real estate market aren’t nearly as useful as they could be. Still, it’s a great resource to have for upstate New York home shopping…along with Upstater, that is.
