Is it Slopes Week already? Gosh, it feels like yesterday when we were drooling over a big crop of on-the-market homes situated near wintertime sportsing. Hunter Mountain, Windham, Belleayre, Catamount, and many other smaller slopes like Holiday Mountain in Sullivan County and Plattekill Mountain in Delaware County are starting to think about snowfall, whether man-made or not, and so are we.

For Slopes Week 2017, we’ll be showing you the cream of slopes-adjacent crop on the housing markets all around the Upstater area, from the snow peaks of the Great Northern Catskills to the glittering trails in the Berkshires. Expect to find large family homes perfect for year-round living, cozy cottages, village homes, and mountain hideaways in a range of prices.

To give you an idea of the listing prices we’ll be seeing on Slopes Week, the Greene County town of Hunter, home of Hunter Mountain, has a median listing price of $205K as of 10/30/2017. Nearby Tannserville is $199K. Pine Hill, close to Belleyare is $145K. Affordable housing will not be hard to find, so no matter your budget, stay tuned this week for homes near Hudson Valley & Catskills slopes…because WINTER IS COMING.
