Turn-of-the-Century American Foursquare in Pine Bush, $269,000
Kandy Harris | April 21, 2015
This Pine Bush Foursquare happens to be on the town’s historic registry, and now we’ve added it to our own Registry of Awesomeness (can we make that an official thing somehow?). We especially love the dark wood trim, pocket doors, and the stained glass windows. Lots of pretty wood floors inside, as well, with the exception of some of the bedrooms, which have some rough looking gray carpeting that we would take up to redo the flooring underneath. The whole gorgeous 2600 square foot abode sits on more than a quarter-acre corner lot in the charming Hudson Valley hamlet of Pine Bush, home to Pine Bush UFO Festival, set to take place on May 16 this year.
