Two-Bed Condo in Tivoli for $310K

  |  July 14, 2022

We said house listings in Tivoli were kinda scarce, and we weren’t kidding. So today we’re visiting a condo in Tivoli Gardens—a good choice for its affordability and nearly maintenance-free lifestyle.

This second-story, 1,075-square-foot condominium has two bedrooms and two full baths, and is just a few minutes’ drive to either downtown Tivoli or Route 9G.

The main floor has a mix of ceramic tile (in the kitchen and bath) and hardwood flooring (everywhere else). The stairs to the loft are carpeted. The kitchen has a good number of wooden cabinets, a tile backsplash, and a petite breakfast bar.

Down here, there’s room for a dining table as well as a living room set. French doors lead to an outdoor porch.

There’s one bedroom on the main level. It has wood floors, a ceiling fan, a closet…

…and two sunny windows with a leafy view.

The main-level bath has a dark marble-look floor; single-sink vanity; tile touches above the tub/shower combo and halfway up the walls; and a cute arched window.

The hallway between the kitchen and the bedroom has a closet containing a stacked washer/dryer.

Head up those fluffy blue stairs, make a couple lefts, and you’ll be in the loft bedroom.

What it may lack in privacy, it makes up for in size. It overlooks the great room below.

It’s got a mirrored closet and a full bath…

…that comprises a big shower with glass sliders, ceramic floor, and a pedestal sink.

Condo living isn’t for everyone, but it’s a good choice if you hate yard work and are looking for affordable alternatives to owning a house. This condo comes with a one-car garage. Association fees are $290 a month, covering management fees and groundskeeping, so buyers need to factor that into their budget.
