It’s only been 9 weeks since we last looked at this impressive 3200-square foot farmhouse in Delhi, Delaware County. However, a $23,500 price reduction is substantial enough to warrant a second look. Turns out, we still love it for all the reasons we did two months ago (old-fashioned feel with modern features, plus a lush, rolling meadow setting and a backyard in-ground pool), and now someone can love it for us at a reduced price.

This isn’t the kind of property you move to if you’re like being able to pop down to the corner store for a paper and a coffee in the morning, but if you like outdoor activities and prefer your nearest neighbors to be trees, you’ll love this place as much as we do.
