Two Years Later: West Kill Seasonal Cabin Now $97,500
Kandy Harris | July 17, 2015We first posted about this Catskills cabin in the woods two years ago. Since then, the listing price has been decreased by a whopping $91,000 bringing down into the much-beloved five-figure range. There’s not much land going on here, since the price reduction also shaved 2.5 acres of land off the property, but at least it’s private, and turning a storage shed on the property into a library/reading room is goshdarned brilliant no matter how you slice it. The cabin itself is a modest 690 sq. ft. 2 beds/1 bath, perfect for hiding out in the woods on the run from the law, or maybe just for taking advantage of Catskill Mountain recreation. We’re thinking the living room stove must keep this little place nice and toasty during a cold night. Located about 20 mins. west of Hunter Mountain.
42 Mink Hollow Road, West Kill (Coldwell Banker)
