Ulster Park Barn, $329,000
Kandy Harris | November 13, 2013When last we looked at this converted barn in the hamlet of Ulster Park in the town of Esopus, it was $20,000 more expensive. That was back in May 2012. We still like a lot about it, like its quirky character, although there is a striking resemblance between this interior and the inside of a Cracker Barrel country store, but last time we checked Cracker Barrel doesn’t offer its diners access to a wet bar. Nearly 2,000 square feet, this is a large open space, so lots of potential for making it your canvas. Lot size is one acre. This barn would be a great place to display all of those antiquities you’ve been hoarding.
