Why did you decide to become an agent: I can’t tell you because I’m a secret agent

What is your favorite thing about working with buyers: Getting to know them, being part of that moment when they find the “one.”

What are some things that can help buyers be better clients:

Who is the handsome guy in your picture with you: SbarkleJDog aka Spark doggie dog aka Sbarky, my beautiful, lovey, funny 12 year old puppy

Favorite local restaurant: The Bear Cafe – Always a great meal by the streamside & sometimes an incredible meal by the streamside & fireplace

Favorite local band: My favorite world class musician is the amazing Dan Hickey, drummer extraoidinaire & Woodstock resident, so whoever he is playing with locally I’m going out to see!

Favorite scenic drive in the area: There are lots, I love it here; but from Woodstock to Phoenicia by way of Plank Rd along the Esopus and the drive over Peekamoose mountain from Rt 28A to CR 42 (Watson Hollow Rd) is gorgeous! Oh, and just the short drive over the Ashokan Reservoir, especially from the RT 28A side over is pretty amazing.

1. 3.75% fixed rate 30 year mortgage

2. 3% fixed rate 15 year mortgage

3. There is a lot of inventory

What is the biggest mistake buyers can make: The biggest mistake a buyer can make is not acting on a property they love right away!

Is there a particular listing right now you think people should know about that they may have missed?: Jessop’s Road – just reduced – I love this house, it’s in a gorgeous area of Willow and it has so much potential, with beautiful property and a great vibe!
