Henry’s at the Farm, located within the enchanting Buttermilk Falls Inn property, celebrates the legendary bounty of the Hudson River Valley, sourcing ingredients from local farms and artisan food producers and purveyors. Cheese, meats and poultry come from nearby farms Coach Farm, Taliaferro Farms, John Fazio Farms and the seventh generation owned and operated Hepworth Farm, among others. We have an extraordinary asset few other restaurants can claim – our own forty-acre Millstone Farm, whose kitchen garden, orchard, rare breed chickens and apiary produce the majority of our fresh greens, organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, honey and eggs throughout the growing season. At Henry’s local isn’t a trend, it’s a mantra.
