Victorian in Warwick, $173,000
Kandy Harris | April 20, 2012You can get a lot in Warwick if your price range is around $300,000. That appears to be the range where the houses get a lot more interesting (in other words, less McMansions and more old Victorian or Colonial houses with lots of character). But not much in the $100s, unfortunately. There are a couple, however, and we wanted to close out the week with something that was 1) right in the village; 2) under $200,000; and 3) had a lower tax rate (comparatively); 4) not scary and somewhat easy on the eyes, of course.
No easy feat in Warwick. And yet, it seems this one might fit the bill. It looks nice on the inside and outside, and it’s in an attractive neighborhood. Walking distance to village, too.
Listing says that the kitchen has been updated, but there’s no picture provided. Make of that what you will.
