We understand that this property is most likely cost-prohibitive, but it sure is nice to look at, anyway. It’s also big at 6,000 square feet and 7 bedrooms, so maybe this is your new fabulous B&B in the little hamlet of New Milford, 3.5 miles from Warwick and a mile from the NJ state line?

Lot size is 5 acres and property includes a barn and outbuilding, plus a stone grill. Inside, it has pretty details, two fireplaces, and antique fixtures. Head’s up: The taxes are straight-trippin’, as the kids like to say, at $16,000. The word “Ouch” doesn’t really seem sufficient to describe that rate. Other words we might use are “Yowch”, “Zowie”, “Yikes!” or “&*$%!!”.
