Spring is finally here and with it comes some very unpredictable weather. What’s the saying? “In like a lion, out like a lamb.” We’ll see about the lamb part but in the meantime there’s a pretty good chance that we’ve got a few rainy weekends ahead of us. What better way to spend them than cuddled up on the couch with a bowl of popcorn and a good movie? Well pack the sweatpants and pay the Netflix bill because this cottage in Woodstock is the perfect rainy weekend getaway.

We’re not saying that you can’t have some good times in this rental on a wonderfully sunny weekend (see barbecue grill and outdoor patio below) but this is the place to take shelter when the wet stuff starts falling. The living room has a pull down screen and projector and it’s making us all warm and fuzzy thinking about the flicks that could light up the room on a grey day. Don’t get us wrong, the big screen isn’t all this rental has to offer. Check out the perfectly modern decor and stellar deck, perfect for stargazing. Oh, did we mention that it’s just 5 minutes to the center of Woodstock? This one sounds like a no brainer to us.
