This Week on Upstater: A Holiday Wishlist

As the ramp-up to the Big Winter Holiday reaches a fever pitch, we here at Upstater are dreaming of snow softly falling on a stunning new home in the Hudson Valley and Catskills.

Alas, we won’t get our wish for winter weather. The last forecast we saw calls for morning rain and record-breaking 67-degree temperatures on Christmas Eve, but that’s not going to put the kibosh on our holiday spirit.

This week on Upstater, we’ll be putting together a wishlist of our favorite On the Market homes in the area. And maybe, just maybe, if we’re good enough to get our names finally expunged from the Naughty List (you have no idea of the bureaucratic nightmare is to get that to happen), we’ll find one of these beauties wrapped up with a big old red bow under our tree…okay, maybe not under our tree, exactly. Maybe around our tree would be more accurate.

So, grab your fellow Whoville denizens, hold hands in a circle, and stay tuned this week for our holiday house wishlist.
