As we close out Five-Figures in the Catskills this week, cast your gaze upon this bang-for-your-buck, a 2200 sq.ft. house in West Saugerties. Not only is the main house plenty big enough (and a HUGE walk-up attic, too. Like, band practice huge), it includes a separate guest house, all on the better part of an acre of land. Balcony is also quite large, taking up nearly half of the house, with a bedroom attached.
