There’s not much in the hamlet of White Sulphur Springs, located in the Sullivan County town of Liberty, besides a church, a fire station, and this respectable contemporary farmhouse on 12-and-a-half acres. Love the wrap around porch, the cathedral ceilings with the balcony overlooking the living room, and the tile floors. It’s definitely one of the pricier houses we’ve looked at in the Liberty area, most likely because it isn’t in the village of Liberty itself. It’s on plenty of land, though, and if you’re looking for privacy, you’re probably going to find it here. Not much around outside of farmland.
