While You’re in the Neighborhood, Visit an Indie Wedding Expo in Troy, March 6
Kandy Harris | February 25, 2016Planning to be in the Hudson Valley/Catskills next weekend? Do you also have a wedding in the offing? Dovetail your weekend plans with a trip up to Troy (north of Albany on the east side of the Hudson River) for Knotted, a curated wedding expo for the offbeat couple looking to make their nuptials an indie affair, on Saturday, March 6, 2016. Over 30 independent vendors are on the line-up so far, including a bevvy of artists, musicians, craftspeople, and caterers ready to give you to the unique wedding of your quirky, Manic-Pixie-Girl dreams.
A ticket cost $5 and affords you food tastings, beverage sampling, live music, and, of course, access to the coolest wedding flare this side of the Hudson…and the other side of the Hudson, too, for that matter. Purchase advance tickets here.
Knotted will be held at the Takk House, 55 3rd St, Troy, from 1-4pm. They had us at donut wedding cake.
