Country House Checklist: Wood Stoves Galore
Kandy Harris | January 13, 2015Sam Pratt‘s recent piece in the latest edition of Upstate House got me thinking about wood stoves. All kinds of wood stoves. Old pot belly stoves. Suspended mid-mod stoves in vibrant colors. Brick corner stoves. Modern minimalist stoves. Heck, I even started looking at DIY wood stoves, a decidedly fool-hardy endeavor, especially since I live in an apartment. But someday, I won’t, and wherever I end up needs three things: 1) Washer and dryer; 2) Dishwasher; and 3) Wood stove. So out of curiosity, I looked up all of the wood stoves mentioned in Pratt’s article, and here’s what they look like:
