Plan Ahead for Summer in this Sullivan County Seasonal Cottage, $75K

  |  November 10, 2017

It’s never too early to start thinking about summer hideaways in the mountains, and this Sullivan County seasonal cottage gives us plenty of reasons to make some plans.

Reason #1: Three bedrooms. When searching for a seasonal cottage in the Catskills, you’ll mostly find them in one-bedroom or two-bedroom flavor. This 954 square foot bungalow, however, gives the occupant an extra place for the kids or guests.

Reason #2: It’s furnished. Home that comes furnished is not always a good thing, depending on the furnishings. They’re cute, though, and now you don’t have to buy a whole new set of furnishings when you move in.

Reason #3: Updated electric system. Also a new stove and propane tank. Other features include storm windows, washer/dryer combo, and commercial-grade UV water filter.

Reason #4: Location. The cottage is situated near Wurtsboro hamlet in southern Sullivan County, about 90 minutes from NYC. It’s also tucked away in a woodsy .3 acre parcel mostly hidden from the nearest main road and shaded with tall pine trees.
