Dutch Colonial Farmhouse in Austerlitz, $349,000
Kandy Harris | February 4, 2013This circa-1775 Dutch Colonial is priced decently for Austerlitz, especially for what you’re getting: A 1600-square-foot main house with 3 beds/2 baths, 2-car attached garage, a barn, and 4.45 acres of land right on the Green River. We love that the interior has a modern feel to it while many of the original details have remained intact, like the rough-hewn beamed ceilings. Nice in-ground pool, too. The lack of above-counter storage in the kitchen irritates our organizational sensibilities just a little bit, but thanks to years of therapy, we’re feeling much better.
