Make this Vintage Renovated Camper Your Second Home for $10,500 OBO
Kandy Harris | November 28, 2017This week, we’ve gone off the beaten path of residential real estate listings and ventured into the wild world of campers and portable homes for sale. Earlier today, we featured a handmade sheep wagon, a true labor of love. So, too, is this 1957 Crosley camper trailer, as the current owners of this bluebird of cuteness renovated it from top to bottom.
You can see a lengthy list of upgrades the owners have made to this trailer on the Craigslist ad, but some high points include new birch wood paneling, new couch, kitchenette with fridge and vintage stove, electricity, LED lighting, and 30 gallon fresh water tank and propane hot water heater under the bed.
The bath lacks a shower, so expect to really rough it, camp near a body of water, or invest in a portable shower bag. Furthermore, the listing makes it abundantly clear that you will need an actual truck to haul this thing. An SUV won’t cut it. Or, take the easy way out and park it in your backyard for the duration.
To get this vintage camper, you’ll have to go to Amsterdam. No, not that Amsterdam. The one in New York state, about 30 minutes west of Albany. Find out more about this vintage renovated camper on the Craigslist ad.
