It’s located just outside of Woodstock in the hamlet of Bearsville, close enough to Woodstock for convenience’s sake but far enough away to feel like it’s in the country. Available starting December. On a somewhat unrelated note, has anyone else noticed a subtle downward shift of rental prices in Ulster County of late? Is it because the summer season is over? Is it because folks looking to rent just couldn’t afford Ulster and began to look further north, prompting landlords to drop their prices? Or is it just wishful thinking on our part?
