There’s no real grocery store nearby, but there is a Cumberland Farms right down the road. It’s a gorgeous house on a whole acre with lake rights to Beaverdam Lake, and for Orange County, the taxes are surprisingly reasonable. Suspiciously reasonable, in fact. We’re not sure we’re buying the realtor’s number. Not interested in buying it? Rent it for $2,500/month, instead.
