The cost for the two hour presentation is $5. According to CCE Ulster, the program will include: Farm leasing basics, legal issues surrounding farm leasing, farmer and landowner perspectives on what’s worked and what hasn’t, common mistakes to avoid, and negotiating the right farm lease for your situation. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions and meet with potential leasers/lessees to find a good fit. Pre-register before May 1, and space is limited. The Ulster County Fairgrounds is located at 249 Libertyville Road, New Paltz (GMAP). Registration form here.
