Coxsackie Village Victorian, $259,000
Kandy Harris | December 3, 2013Oh, Coxsackie. You never disappoint when it comes to sweet houses at reasonable prices, like this village Victorian right here. Like a little slice of wedding cake, 37 Ely Street is a delightful confection with a lovely, lacy front porch and a pastel interior that doesn’t hit you over the head with its pastely-ness in an Easter egg kind of way. We would love to see more and better interior shots, but what we can see is just right: Plenty of space at nearly 2,000 square feet, a nicely-appointed kitchen with a marble center island, period details kept in tact, and a wee back yard with stone patio. Located walking distance from the riverfront park in town, one of our favorite riverfront parks in Greene County.
