Field + Supply Makers Fair this Weekend, Oct. 10-11

Makers FairDozens of the area’s best designers and makers will gather this weekend for the second Field + Supply Makers Fair to showcase their clothing, furniture and food. Situated on the idea of elevating traditional Arts & Crafts fairs toward modern sophistication, Field + Supply welcomes people eager for high quality design and refined sensibilities. Alongside purveyors of goods and designer showcases, there will be workshops ranging from $95 Bow and Arrow making to $155 dollar leather belt making. Get some hands on experience to truly appreciate the work, effort and creativity these products require.

The fair will be held at the Black Barn in High Falls, NY, located on Bruceville road. The long list of makers includes furniture by Fern, The Commons, Modern Living Supply; jewelry and accessories by Rand Papele, Meredith Kahn, Forge and Finish; food and drink from Brotherly Grub BBQ, Black Eyed Suzies, Talbott & Arding; and that’s just a small portion of the laundry list.

If you do make the trip, High Falls and the surrounding locale is one of the best places in the Hudson Valley for leaf peeping. There’s no better time than now to beat the cold and enjoy the season outdoors, make Field + Supply a great excuse to do so.
