The first annual Hudson Valley Craft Beer Week takes place on Friday, September 11. Most of the action is happening down in the lower Hudson Valley, but on Tuesday, September 15, the festivities head upstate to Newburgh for HVCBW’s 11×11 Chef’s Beer Dinner at the Newburgh Brewery. The three-course feast features chefs from all over the Hudson Valley pairing dishes with 11 Hudson Valley breweries offering up a total of 11 plates and 11 beers. And all that adds up to a lot of great food and beer. $100 will cover it for the night. Event hosts Newburgh Brewery will be teaming up with the Clocktower Grill to create their own craft beer gourmet alchemy. Other pairings include Keegan Ales with Fortina, Peekskill Brewery with The Cookery, and Brewery at Bacchus with The Hop. Tickets are limited, going fast, and available here. Check out the rest of the HVCBW’s events on their calendar. Drink the beer. Eat the food. Support craft beer in the Hudson Valley.
