Hudson Valley Real Estate Market Upswing

Looks like things are picking up real estate-wise in the lower Hudson Valley region, so says this article from the Hudson Valley Reporter and a recent report from the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR). The handy-dandy graph above shows that the bottom dropped out in a few years back, but in 2013, sales increased in Westchester, Putnam, Orange, and Rockland Counties. Relatively reasonable interest rates are partially to thank for that.
