Kinderhook Eyebrow Colonial, $219,000
Kandy Harris | June 26, 2012
What a charming little Colonial in the village of Kinderhook. Love the ornate detailing on the front porch, and although it’s steep for its size ($186/square fo0t), the adorable factor certainly makes it seem like a decent price (which recently dropped from $237,900). Walking distance to the Kinderhook village square. Located on nearly a half-acre, but the neighbors are pretty close by and it’s also near the road. Of particular note for us is the nice (albeit small) kitchen with butcher block counter tops and the nice wood floors.
