Kingston Victorian, $269,000
Kandy Harris | February 25, 2014
While not directly on the Strand in Kingston, this sweet Victorian is less than a half-mile away, walking distance for sure. The house is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Kingston, surrounded by lots of other gorgeous Victorian houses and close to Cornell Park where there’s occasionally free yoga during the spring and summer. We love the spaciousness of this property, both inside and out, as well as the exposed brick in the kitchen, the archways in the living room, and the brick patio out back. As with many of these properties in Kingston, we examine them and start to consider packing our bags and moving in…until we see the taxes. Sigh. Such a bummer.
