This is the second business we’ve encountered in the past couple of months opened by a couple of very young fellas with serious foodie chops. (The first is Murray’s, the fine foods market in Tivoli that replaced the deli/grocery.) Pure Mountain Olive Oil was opened by a couple of cousins and mostly sells just what you think it does, although it also has balsamic vinegars and sea salts. They also have olive oil tastings, including one this Wednesday at their store: 23 East Market Street in Rhinebeck.
