Newburgh Handyman Special for $30,195
Cher Vick | February 13, 2012
This handyman special looks like it has great potential from the outside. Unfortunately this is the only photo that any real estate listing is offering for the property. It’s currently on the market for less than half of what it sold two years ago. It’s located across the street from St. Luke’s Hospital and a church. From the street it looks like the home is grandly raised a few feet higher than the curb. The area is depressed, and had hopes of a grant to restore a nearby street, Dubois. Anybody have any clue if any work has been done?
