Rental of the Week: Waterfall House in Tivoli, $3750/month
Kandy Harris | July 17, 2012
Maybe it’s this interminable heat wave that’s overtaken us lately, but we practically drool these days at the mere utterance of the words “Water” and “Fall” together. And this Tivoli (Dutchess County) rental has the falls from the Stony Kill burbling away on the 26-acre property. There’s even a cute stone and wood bridge crossing over the creek that takes you there. The interior is gorgeous: Lots of natural light and big windows with waterfall and stream views. It’s also secluded.
The house rents for $3750/month, available starting October 1st for one year. The listing states that a shorter term could be negotiated.
