RoTW: Saugerties Village Loft, $3000/month
Kandy Harris | May 6, 2014This 3,300 square foot loft in the village of Saugerties is housed in a former 19th-century garment factory. It’s a great space, and we’ve been wondering for a while what its fate would be (part of it was an artist/sculptor studio space once upon a time). We’re glad to see that it’s been transformed into this. The loft is one of 6 residences at 16 Livingston, and it could double as a Car-Free possibility. Walking distance to village amenities as well as the local Price Chopper grocery store. The UCAT stops just down Market Street in front of the post office. Includes a private garden/patio space that looks like it could use some plantings. We’d love to see what the other 5 lofts look like.
