Shindig Cafe in Woodstock is Now Open
Upstater Staff | December 4, 2014
Allow us to introduce you to Woodstock’s newest (and perhaps hippest?) eatery, Shindig. Located at the former Corner Cupboard at 1 Tinker Street (GMAP), Shindig styles itself as “thoughtful comfort food” specializing in breakfast, brunch, burgers, tots, soups, salads, and more. The cafe served up its first tastes during their soft opening on Tuesday night, and we have it on good authority that things are darn tasty there. We even saw photographic evidence, and the potato latkes look downright luscious. As of December 4, Shindig is officially open for business, but there’s no menu posted yet on their Facebook page. Guess you’ll just have to go there and be surprised. Call (845) 684-7091 for hours of operation. Welcome to the neighborhood, Shindig!
