Six Months Later: Cornwall Aerie, Sold

Yep, it does appear that the upstate New York real estate market is picking up. Lately, homes we look back on are more often sold than reduced in price. So goes it for this contemporary in Cornwall-on-Hudson. Word has it the place sold for $517,000. When we wrote it up six months ago, the ask had been reduced by $20,000, to $550,000.
