Come rub elbows with the pros at the Hudson Valley Beer, Wine, Spirits, and Cider Summit 2.0 (fl oz)  on Thursday, October 9. The event is presented by the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation and Hudson Valley Food and Wine Alliance, and it’s hosted by the CIA in Hyde Park. There will be speakers, presentations, demonstrations, and, of course, no beverage summit would be complete without a tasting. Takes place at the Marriott Pavilion at the CIA from 7am to noon.
