Wanted: Restaurateur in Catskill
Kandy Harris | April 2, 2014Would-be restaurant owners, listen up: 404 Main Street is available. The 2,500 square foot commercial space is located in the village of Catskill, and it’s up for grabs for someone to come along and fill it with happy patrons eating fabulous food. And this area needs it. Right now, most of the eateries in the village are of the breakfast and lunch variety, with very few places to go for dinner (although lunch options here would be good, too. The county building is right across the street and employs 300 people. That’s a big lunch crowd!). Or, it could be a gallery space. Or, a retail shop. Anyway, here’s the website that will give you all the dirt. Rent is TBD and terms are flexible. The owners want someone in there to help enhance the village, which you can find out more about here. So? What are you waiting for? More photos on the jump.
